After a long and desperate search for Freediving in Mauritius, I finally found out about Trident Freediving and went out for a training session with Koushal last Saturday! I really enjoyed it and after a very long time that I didn’t free dive, I felt in very safe hands with Koushal and was able to break my personal record in deep diving.
